Sliding Doors UK supplies and fits made-to-measure sliding doors for homes across Great Britain. Sliding Doors UK is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (Company No. 16932889), part of the S&K Group, a construction and property group based in Great Barr, Birmingham. When you order, your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd.
We focus on one thing: large glazed sliding doors that fit properly and keep working. That covers aluminium, uPVC, slimline, lift and slide, timber and alu-clad, tilt and slide, corner, multi-track, large-format and pocket doors, plus internal sliding and pocket doors, repairs and supply-only orders.
How we work
- Published guide prices. You can see what a door is likely to cost before you speak to anyone, and the guide price tool shows how options change the figure.
- A surveyor measures your opening. Sizes come from the structural opening, with levels, lintels and thresholds checked, so the door is made to suit the opening.
- A fixed written quote. Nothing is ordered until you confirm the surveyed specification in writing.
- Installers we appoint and manage. Fitting is carried out by installers working under our contract; we remain responsible to you for the job.
- Compliance handled. In England and Wales replacement doors are controlled fittings, so we arrange compliance through a competent person scheme installer or by notifying Building Control, and you receive the certificate. In Scotland and Northern Ireland we work to the local building standards and tell you before you order if any approval is needed.
What you will not find here
We do not publish reviews we cannot verify, star ratings, invented customer stories or accreditation logos we do not hold. Product photographs on this site are computer-generated to show door types; they are not pictures of installations. As verified reviews and photos of fitted doors come in, we will add them.
Where we work
We survey and fit across England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly are covered by arrangement: the survey is still free, and any travel cost for delivery and fitting is shown in your quote before you order.
