- Booking one of our surveys transfers the responsibility for measuring to us, which is a sensible option if you are unsure about sizes or tolerances.

Questions about supply-only sliding doors in Edinburgh and the Lothians
Do you deliver supply-only sliding doors to Edinburgh and the Lothians?
Yes. We deliver made-to-measure supply-only doors across Edinburgh and the Lothians, with standard delivery to mainland Britain at £95. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted individually.
Can I cancel a supply-only order?
Supply-only doors are made to your specification, so under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 they are excluded from the usual 14-day cancellation right once ordered. For that reason we order nothing until you confirm the specification in writing. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for example if goods are faulty, are unaffected.
Who is responsible for measuring a supply-only door?
For supply-only orders you are responsible for measuring the opening and giving us the sizes, unless you book one of our surveys. We provide measuring guidance and tolerances, and confirm the sizes back to you in writing before ordering. If you book a survey, our surveyor measures and the responsibility for the sizes then sits with us.
What does supply-only mean?
Supply-only means we manufacture and deliver your made-to-measure sliding door, but we do not fit it. You, your builder or your own installer carry out the installation. The door uses the same frames, glass and hardware as our fitted doors. Supply-only is priced at roughly two thirds of the fitted guide price for the same door, plus delivery.
